Located in Eugene, Ore., Shasta Middle School is an educational institution that enrolls more than 530 students in grades six through eight. It offers classes in math, English and physical education. Shasta Middle School also provides instruction in social studies, science and music. It offers the Talented and Gifted (TAG) program, which focuses on education for exceptional students. The schools physical education department organizes various snowboard trips and indoor and outdoor sports activities, including football, kickball, soccer, lacrosse, softball, and track and field. Shasta Middle School is a part of Lane County School District 52, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools.
