I called to make an appointment and waited online for 16 mins,I hung up called back and waited again another 8 mins..The whole time I am thinking If this was an emergency for an elderly person or a small child , it would be awful.I have been going to see a doctor there for over 30 yrs and I have to say it just keeps getting worse, and forget trying to get ur script filled, I had waited 3 weeks for a refill , there office staff is incompetent to say the least
