Wow!, I was so impressed with the new kids room. Dedicated and decorated for kids! Most stores I've shopped can't wait for us tp leave if I have my little ones with me. But family is obviuosly important to Behars. I will be back for sure!

Early this year I moved into a apartment that needed a sectional sofa....I found the Behars store to be easy parking and spacious enough to shop in .Fun. And friendly with numerous choices and a no pressure sales style ..in addition their delivery staff is professional and courteous .I am both satisfied and pleased with the service I have received and highly recommend shopping at the Everett location... I learned CHEAPER isn't always a better "deal" We purchased a sofa from a chain store. We had a problem with the cushions, and the other store said they couldn't help us. They recommened Behars to take care of a warranty issue. I couldn't believe they would help us, but Behar's ordered the parts we needed and took care of us. We know where to do business next time! Thank you Behar's!

I've fully furnished my home with items purchased at Behar's. All of the items I've gotten have held up well. The selection is vast, the prices are competitive and the help is terrific. Yeah, you could buy furniture online but you can't sit in the furniture you'll buy and if there's a problem, returns are a nightmare. Costco doesn't have much selection and you can't really do any customization.

Great experience, fair prices, and "family friendly". We found just what we were looking for! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store.

We just discovered this store. I was impressed with the selection. They were helpful, and interested in finding just what we needed. The toy area was great, my kids always want to stop now. I would have given them 5 star, if I could have used my "prime card". I will be back for our next room. Tami

I purchased a bedroom set, with mattress, to the tune of $2000. It had to be ordered so that took two weeks, no big deal. I had to call them to keep checking on when it was supposed to be in and I was told it should arrive on Friday, and the next delivery to my area would be Wednesday. A few days pass and by Tuesday, the day before I thought I was to have it delivered, I still hadn't heard anything. I call and talk to a delivery guy and he didn't even have me on his schedule. They squeeze me in anyway. I get another call a couple hours later saying the dresser is damaged so they have to order another one but will deliver this one so I have something to use. It's delivered with scratches, a broken drawer and missing drawer pulls. The delivery guys tell me the replacement has been ordered. Fast forward a MONTH. No word, so I finally call them. It was never ordered. They have to check with the manager to order a replacement, and on it goes. Great furniture; crappy CRAPPY service.

I bought furniture from them last week, paid for a down payment and signed the contract that had the price on it. They called me today saying that they made a mistake and it's actually going to be over $200 more than they previously said.Needless to say, they lost a customer and I canceled my order.

We have spent a lot of money at this store over the years and their customer service is not the best. First of all you have to call them to see if your furniture is in and then when the delivery guys came to our house, all they did was complain about how long of a week they had and how many hours they put in making me feel all guilty because their shift ended at five and it was now six. I asked them if they wouldn't mind moving my old furniture into the garage because my husband wasn't home from work yet and they told me "no." I have never been treated so rudely before, it wasn't my fault that they had to work late, give me a break. I'm going elsewhere from now on, the customer service is not good.

I have purchased furniture from the everett location twice and while the furniture was beautiful, i have had a few issues with the quality and serious issues with the customer service. the bed that we bought fell apart, they came and fixed it for free which was great, however it took forever, then recently i purchased more furniture and a part was broken, they said they ordered it but never called me to come and replace it i finally had to call them, i have purchased 5k worth of merchandise from them in the last two years i would think that they would treat me better.
