That customer engagement extends all the way to the showroom.The Internet Sales team were professional and super responsive both during the initial research phase and when it came time to make a purchase. Where many dealers would try to push you to get a car on their lot, they went the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When it came time to discuss add-ons and financing, the typically onerous task of dealing with the money guy was uncharacteristically low-key and customer-centric.

Provided by YP.comWhy are there only five stars? I would go to eleven because this was the best experience of purchasing a car. Their financial representative, Jake started the process by determining which car our son could afford. Kelly was our sales representative and she made sure that everything was complete and acceptable. During this process we were treated to lattes and conversation. The car my son drove home was the perfect match and we all love it. We've bought a lot of cars over our lifetimes and Brien is now our must-see dealer. They inspire confidence and trust!!

We contacted and emailed every dealer in the state of Washington and North Oregon to find the exact 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum truck we wanted at the best possible price.

WHY I AM NOW A BIG FAN OF BRIEN FORD
First off, Paul, Brien Ford's internet specialist started everything off on the right foot. He was extremely patient with me on the phone as I had a lot of questions.
At the dealer, Travis was our sales consultant. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was and how he made us feel at home. He first took us to their Barista Bar and let us get anything we wanted (really yummy coffee drinks).
Once Travis started the paperwork, we met Caleb, their new car manager.The cool thing about Caleb and the rest of the staff is that you truly feel they are on your side and want you to get the best deal as well.
So at the end, we finalized the paperwork with Ken. He spent time drawing a diagram to help us understand extended warranties and other services which was very helpful.
I ended up purchasing their Maintenance Program because it was a great deal. You can buy all your vehicle's maintenance upfront at about a third cheaper than if you were to pay for your maintenance separately. The great thing is that I can go to any dealer in the country and get my vehicle serviced by Ford dealer specialists.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, START YOUR JOURNEY WITH BRIEN FORD. If for some reason you can't make the drive to Everett, than at least you can use Brien Ford's rock bottom pricing to try to get the dealer in your area to come down on their pricing.

Provided by YP.comWe purchased an F150 through Dan Rutledge at Brien Ford and had a very good experience. Dan was fast, professional and did not pressure us at all. He listened to what we were looking for and then showed us several options (new and used). This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Brien Ford and really appreciate the no haggling approach. I would absolutely do business with Dan and Brien Ford again.

Provided by YP.comI didn't buy my truck from Brien Ford, but you could never tell by the awesome service I get from them everytime I bring my truck in for servicing. This last time I had them erase my SYNC memory and not only did they do that, the mechanic even set it all back up for me and showed me what my Smart phone was really capable of doing. The best service ever is found at Brien Ford!

Provided by YP.comSaturday morning (7/25) I brought my 2014 Focus into the Quick Lane for my cars first service. It has just a bit over 10,000 miles.
I told the person checking me in I wanted the first service for my car (which I bought there in October). According to my book that came with the car my first service would be an oil change and tire rotation.
I waited in line for 30 minutes before you opened. You called within 30 minutes saying it was done. When I got there I was given some papers and charged $46.74. I asked if the oil was changed. First the guy said no we wait for the light to come on at about 7,500 miles. I said well it's over 10,000 and that is why I brought it in-I wanted to get it done before the light came on. I asked again did the oil get changed and then he said yes.
Today my change oil light came on. Apparently the oil was not changed. So I got out all those papers and tried to make sense of them. (I have never had a new car so this is all foreign to me). Looks like for my $46.74 you added windshield wiper fluid and looked at my brakes and tires. Are you kidding me. I can add windshield wiper fluid. I needed my oil changed and my tires rotated. This is what a "first service" should have included as far as I am concerned.
I emailed the service manager on 7/28 and received a fairly quick response apologizing and saying that he would look into it and get back to me that day. It is now the 30th of July and I have not heard from anyone. Pretty sure Brien Ford has lost me as a customer.

Caleb worked out an out the door price by email with me and helped me to get into my ideal car with a cash purchase and great price. He taught me everything about the car before I drove off the lot that same day! Great car buying experience.
