I don't normally write reviews, but after seeing the prior bad review, I felt I needed to. I had a pressure washer serviced there about 3 months ago after not being used for over 8 years. Prompt friendly service. Now my JD riding mower needs repairs and so of course I'm going to use him again.
The prior reviewer states that possibly the shopowner wrote his own positive reviews. I'm thinking the reviewer just had personal issues with the shopowner. I find him to be knowledgeable, affordable, and efficient.
(((BEWARE))) This individual is a cheat. PERIOD! I'll start by saying I don't know how he earned 5 stars with the other 3 reviews (probably his own reviews) but it all starts when I pulled into his driveway & he very rudely asked me to move my vehicle in case others showed up, OMG - yeah right, I moved the vehicle & opened my hatchback to reveal my pressure washer & immediately this old timer revealed what an absolute control freak he really was, his attitude permeated the air with negativity but I was in dire need to get the pressure washer tuned in so I let it go .....3 days later he called and said the unit was ready & when I walked over to look at the pressure washer he started barking orders like I was some kind of child , I thought I'd humor him & told him I didn't know anything about the pressure washer & he was the authority, his immediate response was "you got that right"! LOL, I couldn't believe the arrogance of this individual mixed with downright misery! To top it off the handle needed an O-ring & so he brought out a package of 3 O-rings & conveniently cut the price tag off the package , he charged $15.00 plus tax for the O-rings & when I returned home I looked up the price of the same brand O-rings & they were $2.17! This guy is an absolute ripoff! It cost me $85 to tune my pressure washer & 3 lousy O-rings, please shop around before going to this control freaks home, I promise you & as God as my witness this guy has some very severe control issues & he's a bottom line rip off.
