If the teller has her cell phone on ..and talking while you want to check out...WAIT till she is OFF the phone to pay with you CC and DL out...WHO KNOWS how may PHOTOS are TAKING of peoples I D.....and SOLD...EITHER she hangs up...or WALK OUT..nothing you could buy there would be worth risking IDENTITY THEFT>>>There is no store policy in place about using the cell phone while on duty...and no law to make sure you as the customer is protected from the cashier stealing your ID...SHOP SMART..PROTECT YOURSELF......my cashier was on her cell phone during the entire purchase...she laid it down UNDER the swipe machine..was her CAMERA ON...I dont know...BUT I got a photo of her with my cell phone and went directly to the STATE POLICE in the parking lot and told him..he is the one who said...there is NO LAW...just keep and EYE on your CARD...
