I found this place over 5yrs ago. Enjoyed the experience more so than any physical therapist. Professional massage therapy done right is very important to body for relaxation which helps speed recovery for physical or mental pain you may be in.The business is in a safe clean location and always spotless and refreshing inside.

Bella Vita is a fantastic European Massage & Relaxation Spa. I have had outstanding service from Natalya and her beautiful, talented staff. I have had many sensational relaxation sessions over the last few years. I have never been disappointed. Natalya and her staff are professional and extremely well trained in different modalities. They keep the rooms and waiting area very clean. At times there is a slight language barrier, but I have never had problems communicating with the therapists. The prices are very competitive and they also have a special on Thursdays. I think it is the best European Spa in the Sacramento area. The staff are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. That is my main reason for being a repeat customer. I always feel refreshed when I leave.
