I used Moonbounce Man because they had a particular bouncehouse that I liked, one where the slide didn't exit outside. I used them for my son's 3rd birthday party. The party started at 11, but the bouncehouse didn't arrive until noon because the truck broke down. The driver called and let us know about the delay and allowed us to keep the bounce house until the following day, which didn't really help my problem that they arrived late. That was disappointing, but what was more disappointing was that the bounce house arrived dirty and wet. There was mud caked all around the outside and dirt and leaves inside too. When I alerted them via email about my issues, there was no response from them and no offer of compensation. I would not use them again.

my son's 6th birthday party. They were superb. The jumper was clean and the service was excellent. They were very helpful and kind. We have friends that have rented from them previously and passed down their information... The kids as well as the adults joined in on the fun. We will definitley let our friends know about them as well as use their services again.

Amazing Life Savor When I called Moonbounce Man I was in a real jam, I had promised my son a jumper and cotton candy machine for his birthday. With my busy schedule I completely forgot about reserving a jumper ahead of time. So I started calling around and no one could provide me with one due to no drivers were availabe. So when I called Moonbounce Man I spoke with Steve who was already on route to a drop off after talking to him for about 5 minutes and explaining to him my situation, Lefty told me he would squeeze me in between his next drop off. It was amazing how they saved the day and I saved face with my son. I am a customer for life now and I now recommend them to everyone....Thank you Moonbounce

Very Helpful, We had an event last week for my grandchildren at my beach house and my grandson requested a bounce house for him and his friends. So I started calling around looking, Well I came across the Moon bounce Man and they came out setup the bounce house and we were able to have our bounce house. Also the unit was very clean and looked like new...I recommended them to all my neighbors....
