My table top broke a week before Christmas and I was able to get a replacement in time for my family to come for the holiday dinner! Great folks and would recommend Solano Glass to my family and friends.

I made two appointments and they were both "no shows". I was recommended to Solano Glass by my contractor whose opinion is important to me. So I pressed on and made a third appointment. A very nice man came out and measured the windows to be replaced. It has been two weeks with no follow up to provide the estimate. When I called the office the receptionist stated she doesn't have any paperwork on my job and didn't offer to track down the employee who could have been at my home. It felt like an "oh well" kind of shrug off. Very poor customer service and I don't recommend them. They just lost a potential client who is a property manager with a many accounts.
