      In operation for more than 15 years, Robbins Eye Center is one of the leading cataract and laser surgery centers in the United States. It occupies an area of more than 20,000 square feet and features on-site cataract ambulatory surgery and Lasik centers. Its surgery center is licensed by the state of Connecticut and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The center provides general eye care and treatment services, including routine eye examinations and refractions for eye glasses. Robbins Eye Center treats glaucoma, diabetes and anterior segment diseases. It performs laser vision correction, oculoplastic, cataract lens implantation, and refractive and pterygium surgery procedures. The center has a team of board-certified ophthalmologists, physician assistants and nurses. Robbins Eye Center is located in Bridgeport, Conn., and is certified by Medicare.
