woow, AMAZING PHONE SYSTEMS i must say we have had several provides all ranging from diffrent VOIP and new tel is the BEEEST... there recording options easy phone with extetions/ music/recordings/ all diffrent kinds of mobile options for my iPhone and for our office and staff of over 40 stations......very easy to communicate....EVERYONE at office is so helpful and they are very cost effective....Thank YOU FOR ALL ASSISTANCE NEWTEL.... johnathan and isaac are definerly super helpful and proffesional, would highly recommend them for any small or large business phones..

Really good telecommunications company. I have them over three years now. Customer service is outstanding prices are reasonable phones are amazing and they offer so many options call forwarding recording anything you could think of for VoIP.

Our company was with Vonage for 5 years and always had phone issues. The toughest part was getting in touch with customer service and resolving anything. We understand that bugs can occur, but not being able to get in touch with CS to resolve is a problem.

Ever since switching to NewTel, we've dealt with kind, courteous, and responsive representatives. Can call in or submit a ticket if anything is needed, and they always go above and beyond. Port process was absolutely seamless.

Isaac C. provided a very clear overview of everything before, during, and after the port process, and was there to answer questions every step of the way. Thank you Isaac and thank you team NewTel!!

Have had Newtel Systems VOiP phone service for about a year now. I lowered my bill significantly and upgraded my phone system tremendously. Customer service is great and the sales rep I dealt with (Isaac) was patient and not pushy to say the least.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to maintain a proper business phone. Our company set up a bi-lingual IVR system that would direct the caller to different phone numbers once an option was pushed, as well as let them access the bi-lingual menu when pushing the appropriate selection. I had to call NewTel over 10 times to get this to work. I understand that this may be "complicated" but, this week I asked them to forward all calls to voicemail after 5pm. Instead of doing what I asked, they deleted all the IVR menus and now when anyone calls us, it goes to a voicemail that was recorded last year. I have called multiple times and the operator has been absolutely infuriating, cutting me off when I'm explaining what has gone wrong and acting as if this is my fault. I have been directed to email the support staff instead of actually being able to talk to someone. I have had to email several times and in great detail what we want, and they still can not comprehend how to make it work. Then, they have the audacity to tell me that I do not know the difference between a voicemail and an auto attendant - I do not really care about the difference between the two when my customers are incapable of calling our phone system during business hours. I have lost a week worth of phone calls because of this nonsense, and I'm frankly tired of having to waste my work time calling these incompetent fools and try to get my phone system to work. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
