      I don't know what it is with there drive thru but twice in the last 3 weeks it has been out of order,and by the time i get off work the store sit down area is closed so you have no choice but to go thru drive thru,the drive thru sign is all lit up so pull in and out of order,than shut the sign off,very frustrating.

      I came into the Grant Street Subway on September 7th and i came in contact with your employee Alisha. She was very polite and courteous, and she helped me to understand what would be good, and her opinion and made my visit a pleasure thank you so much
