Always awesome

This is one of the best blinds and shades companies around. I've used them for over 15 years now. Recently I called to see if they sold the replacement clips that hold the blinds from a set I purchased 10 years ago. Of course they had the records and they did, and they offered to have them ready for me to pick up or send a technician out for $35.00. I'm all for that. You cannot beat that anywhere!

Very happy with this store. Have everything you could imagine and a very helpful staff. Always nice to talk to someone that knows what they are talking about. Also no prssure to buy. Installation went perfectly and exactly the way I was told it would. Piced around several places (blinds n go and lowes, home depot) and found there prices to be very close but no comparison on the service and who you are dealing with. will definitely go back for the next room.
