If I could give a higher rating I would. Don't throw out your old metal electric motor anything, you CAN'T buy quality anymore. The staff at McDaniels can help, I brought in a 1930-40's 1/4 horsepower electric window fan that used to work drawing mass amounts of air through my house then it stopped. Tried a couple of fans from the big box stores even the "good ones" did not compare to the old one. I brought the old fan to McDaniels to have it repaired and in a short time it was back in my window running as well as I would guess it did when it was new. They also do pool filters and basically any electric motor. Don't throw it out, it can be saved!!!
