There is a definite lag in the submission of the review of Mr. Kevin and the obvious restructure of the company. I also have a feeling that some of the information may be askew or over played. Tis company has been in business for more than 20 years. No business would last long under those perceived conditions. The men and women who work at Harlow services are hard working, honest, and straight talking individuals. They love their jobs and know they would not have them if they treated customer with no respect. Sometimes the parts to fix an item cost more than the whole, a fact of life. If a person is not happy with the price, fine, but a service call is a service call, you do not get estimates on fixing a dishwashing machine. Kevin had Harlow to order the part, then promptly moved to FLORIDA, leaving the company with a special ordered part. That is why he received the bill.

I needed a compressor change out. They gave me a quote and I know that a service call is costly. The owner came out at a discounted rate and finished the job in no time at all. They revamped their company and hired a new COO. Great customer service.!!!!! Harlow Rocks!!!!

I called looking for a free estimate for my dishwasher. I was told by the secretary that they would not charge, and in turn, had them come out. They prices the repaire at $400...the same as a new dishwasher. I said no thanks and that was it, no bill, nothing. 6 months later, I get a call from a credit agency saying I owe Harlow $95 for service fee and late fee! I called the company to remedy the situation and was called a liar and cursed at, despite the facdt the woman that said it was free, no longer works there. This company will rip you off to make a buck. STAY AWAY!!!!
