We purchased a new construction from Prestige Homes. We were quite pleased with the purchase. The home is about 1500 square feet and just perfect for a family of 3 or 4. It was beautifully constructed with little errors. The few errors that were found, they wasted no time to come over and correct the problems. They have built about 10 other homes in our area and have no problem selling these homes. We were very pleased.
