Amazing Italian themed spa. It has been under new ownership since 2012 & my experience since then has always been phenomenol. The customer service, the treatments & the complimentary snacks. I love the Artic Berry Facial. Congratulations on winning Best Spa in 2019.

I had a great experience for my first time in the business. I called and asked if they could do a spray tan last minute and they were able to accommodate. The receptionist told me what I should do prior to coming and the staff member I worked with was very professional. My spray tan looks great and no orange effect!

I've been getting brazillians for countless years and I'm definitely used to the pain. When I came here, I got a brazillian, it was the most excruciating pain I've ever endured. The wax strips were pulled off so slow, I could feel every single hair being pulled out. Also, I noticed the esthetician did not wear gloves. Regardless if she sanitized her hands, she is working with a very unsanitary area. I'm not 100% sure on what state board regulates, but either way this is unsanitary. I did not feel comfortable with them not wearing gloves.

Everyone was awesome from the time I stepped foot in the door through all the services. They even feed the person who was picking me up a complientary lunch. Wow what customer service. Thanks Lynn

I too love Jo! I have been a client of Jo's for over 7 years. The manager at times has seemed unprofessional. On my latest visit the manager had to wash her hair disruptng my service because she blew the circuit while I was getting my hair dried. Unprofessional, and to me this does not put the customer first! I keep going because I love Jo!

I spent several weeks researching salons trying to find one that seems to know what they are doing. This place had several ggod ratings abd a couple of not so good. Seemed like it is worht taking a chance with. I needed someone who was good with curly hair. Jo was reccomneded to me. I learned more about culy hair in that hour than I have in 50 years. I can't see me going anywhere else. Best hair cut in many years

They made me feel very welcome. The two services I had was excellent. Everyone was very warm and friendly.

Had an terrible experience at this place. Manager was rude and unprofessional hair dresser mean and did a terrible job. I can't believe this place is still in business.

I have been going to the stylist at this salon for about 16 years. I have followed Jo to 2 other salons before she came to The Venetian. I have also used other services here (facials, manicures, and pedicures) and I have never had a bad experience. The manager has always acted very professional when I was there and has always been very friendly. Probably the reason she had foil in her hair is because before she will hire a new stylist or technician they have to do her hair first so she can make sure they are capable of doing a top rate job for the customer. If she is not pleased with the way the potential employee does her hair she will not hire that person. This is a first class salon with first class employees.

I have been to this spa and it was great everyone was very nice and I got just what I asked for and I was very pleased.

I have been to most of the spas in Fayetteville and This place is at the top of the list......Will definately go back......

VERY NICE STAFF!!!!! It is not the fanciest or the prettiest spa I have been to; however, for the money you cannot beat it! Much friendlier than the European Day spa where all they want to do is sell you something.

Not what I expected. Not worth going to. The manager also greeted me with foil in her hair and seemed to be consumed with herself.
