This place was horrible. The owner was so rude. I took my daughters 80.00 kavu bag to them and when I went to pick it up it was ruined. They would not accept responsibility for this. They are very unprofessional and rude. I just couldn't believe I was not being reinversed for her bag. The owner talked to me like trash which was so innopropreate. I want a full refund for this bag. They are not cheep and it's your fault it looks like it did. I would expect more from a small town business. Admit you were wrong. I never signed anyting so you can't use that against me. My daughter only had that bag for 6 months. It doesn't take much to be a decent human being and to be kind. It was your mistake all you had to do was the right thing but since you didn't I will let everyone know how you treat your customers until I get a full refund of 80.00..
