I recently took my RV to Cross Roads to get it state inspected. They did it while I waited. Everyone one was very nice and polite. They found a problem with the brakes and gave me several possibilities of what the problem could be since I do my own work. I took it home and adjusted the brakes and they worked great. I went right back down there and they did the follow up inspection. It took all of about five minutes and I was on my way. I was very happy with my experience and would go there again.

Don’t use these people they will take ur money and not stand behind there mistakes and will cause more issues that you didn’t have before. Run!

When I pulled up my motor home to the Crossroads location in Finksburg, I was sure I was lost. It is tucked away in the far end of an industrial site on a poorly marked turn off the secondary road from Route 140.

With all three of his triplets (Brian also has twins!) employed at his shop, Brian is ensuring a Carroll County establishment that will serve residents exceptionally well for years to come.



I have never, in years of driving a variety of vehicles, encountered as much good humored and clear assistance from an auto and truck service center. Great, Great company.

I was told by a co-worker to try this shop. Been there couple of times and love the work that was done and people. Great people, very frendly and prompt with service. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

We have used Cross Roads since they opened. At first, their rates were ridiculously low and we were concerned that they might not be able to stay in business. But over the years, they have raised their prices to be reasonable. They have NEVER tried to sell repairs that I don't need. They have always been prompt and courteous. Once, the owner came into town to give me a jump start and didn't charge me. Another time, he met me at the shop during off hours. In the 11 years we've been using Cross Roads with our multiple cars, only once or twice have we had to return for a redo. Both times that I can remember were very minor things (like a loose air conditioner hose). We recommend Cross Roads to anyone who wants excellent work at a fair price.

Very Friendly. The quote was a little higher then the actual, but this was good because I knew how much I needed for the service. They were honest! I'd go back!
