My daughter lives in Fitchburg and needed some work done to he car. I saw the reviews for Brian's and thought she would have a good experience with them. She had an exceptional experience. They are extremely honest and transparent about what they see and the work that they suggest needs to be done. I've found that the prices are lower than most Repair shops I've encountered and the work and care that they take with each vehicle and each customer is second to none. She's also gone there a second time for normal maintenance and was treated as she was the first time and offered a flower as a thank you for her business. I only wish that they were closer to where I live (near Worcester) so I could bring my car in for any work needed. Sincerely, John
