OH MY GOSH I cant believe this happened. Took cab, needed to use a credit card. Asked the driver if he could add a tip when he ran the card he said NO. So I gave him a tip. Looked at my receipt later and a $7.50 tip was added to my receipt! Tried to call the phone number and didnt get an answer.

Caught this cab with a few girlfriends after a great night out in Las Olas. We were a bit spiced so it took us a moment to decide whose house to go to so the cab driver stopped and was nice and patient. Helped us out the car when we got there, price was good for the distance it all worked out. !

Be careful they will try to rip you off. The driver 13138 in cab 783 was extremely rude. I hope this will help someone in the future.

I had a very bad experience with an ambassador taxi driver tonight! He was a taxi driver from h----. He was very rude and nasty. He asked me where I wanted to go and when I told him he said that the trip was short and that I was messing up his night! (he used another word). I couldn't believe what I was hearing. When I got to my destination, my fare registered at $16.50 but the driver turned it to $18.50! He need to be fired immediately, so that no one else is treated like I was treated.I was having a good night up until then.

I have tried for FOUR days to get someone to answer the phone to send a receipt to me, but they won't pick up the phone! How can they do business if they don't answer their calls? I guess they don't want to send the receipt, and they have my number now and CALLER ID'ing me! I will let our team members know to never use this service when in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
