I've been going to the blood bank for years, all of a sudden they are really being extremely agressive in making sure that one is not under with their iron. What I find very interesting is this, I have had to go back twice because they have said my iron is to low, when two days before I made sure I ate my big amount of salad, and liver, and still they said my iron is low. However, I have to do blood work with my regular doctor every three months. which I have been doing, and none of my reports have had me with low blood.
