Gouda Shrimp & Grits ♡ , The Coffee!!! Ten Stars! The spacious room, the view, the beach, pool, lazy river, the STAFF A+++, the bar, decor, cleanliness, super comfy beds, the porch, orange Adirondack chairs w/fire pits, equaly amazing .. the provide mini toiletries, smelled like actual quality essential oils. Will be back again. ♡ The cruise to Key West and Bahamas, very nice, but did compare to a day & a 1/2 stay at The Pelican.

I recently got married and we spent our honeymoon at Pelican Beach Resort. In my opinion this is one of the most wonderful places in the whole world to spend time. We stayed in the corner penthouse suite (there are 2 in the hotel). The staff is very nice, the hotel is clean and very accomodating not to mention the prices are totally reasonable for everything you get. The restaurant has the most delicious food ever, and it has become one of our most favorite places to eat on special occasions (for lunch try the cajun mahi sandwich). Even though we live here in South Florida if we ever want to 'get away' without traveling (but feel like we are somewhere else) you can be sure to find us here! If this is on your 'maybe' list of somewhere to stay.... try it, I promise you will not be disappointed!
