We have experienced extreme difficulty in receiving call back concerning request for service call on Dreammaker Spa. After multiple attempts, finally sceduled service call. Serviceman was on time, charged $85 for call and promised response and estimate within days. It's been weeks and nothing has happened. Request for refund of service fee is in process.
