I have never experienced the kind of lack of customer in my entire existence. I have been given the run around about 8 shirts that were ruined by this cleaners. I have made repeated visits and a number of phone calls to no avail. the only resolution to this problem is to seek relief through the court system. My complaints with this cleaners have been numerous.

This is the most terrible service you will ever receive in any store! The people are extremely rude and disrespectful and you DO not get what you pay for by far. They lost an $80.00 dress of mine and refused any reimbursement after giving me the run around for 3weeks!!! They also said since it was my first time in there they didn't care if I ever came back or filed a report to BBB because "they don't know me" so my patronage was not important! I encourage everyone to not bring any business to this location!
