0After owning 3 Hooks Lincoln Navigators, they have lost my business. I had a defect come up on the sidewall of my Perrelli tire with less than 18,000 miles. Both service, who told me I must have hit something, and Curtis the Sales Manager said sorry but I was out of luck. I guess customer service is dead, even for loyal repeat customers. For this reason, I will buy my next vehicle elsewhere.
I really appreciate professionalism from Hooks Lincoln Mercury and the service it provides. They are very knowledgeable about cars. It feels good to talk to someone who is not trying to sell you on BS.... more importantly giving you guidance on cars you should avoid and should take a second look at based on your needs.
