      The Yoga Leaf provides a warm and nuturing environment in which to learn and practice yoga. We offer classes for "all ages and stages of life". Creative games, stories, music and art are used to teach the basic skills of yoga movement, breathing and relaxation in our yoga classes for children. Our teen and adult classes are taught by Sandra Dennis who has practiced yoga for over 20 years, has been teaching since 1990 and is certified in the Kripalu yoga tradition. In addition to yoga classes, we offer yoga workshops for adults, private sessions by appointment, birthday parties and YogaFun workshops for children.
