As the Colace Family enters its second generation, the Colace Brothers (Carmine, Richard, James, Mario, Daniel) are proud to carry on the tradition of serving quality Italian cuisine at an affordable price. We never use preservatives or additives and all of our soups, sauces and pizzas are made fresh in our kitchens daily. We serve all of our entrees from only the freshest ingredients possible. This is a great local restaurant serving many Italian favorites. We can't think of a better place within 10 miles of our home that has better food and prices. There is a large bar in which to cool your heels while waiting for a table. The waitstaff is cordial and pleasant. Everything is always neat and clean. Except for very busy evenings, the parking is ample. Although I go for the great food, the interior lacks a cozy atmosphere and is a bit on the antiseptic side, hense the 4 stars rating. The food servings are above average and more than likely, you will be taking a portion of your serving home for a nice treat in a day or two. I'm glad the Rome is not closer to my home, otherwise my diet regimen would be in tatters! I strongly recommend the Rome to anyone who is looking for a pleasant dining experience.
