I was in the pharmacy to get my medication filled today. Well first of all, there was only myself and one other customer dropping off prescriptions at this time. I explained to the tech that I was in a pain management program and my doctor counted my meds at every visit therefore I would need my medications counted out to me and I asked her how long it would be before my meds would be ready for pick up and she told me one hour.Well I thought this was ridiculous but I left and came back in one hour. When I came back in one hour my meds were ready and there was no one else waiting but the tech tells me that it will be about 15 more minutes before the pharmacist can count the pills with you. So, I sat down and waited. That wait ended up being approximately another hour and then the pharmacist rudely apologized. To make it even worse, I have been here at least 3 times before and they have treated me the same way each time! The only reason I come here is because it is cheaper with my discount card but I am looking for another pharmacy.And this time, my prescription was $5.67 when it has been being $16.00 with the same discount card so I know they have been over charging me!

We have used this pharmacy a few times as out-of-towners. They have provided us with fine service. The only exception involved my husband (who had just been diagnosed with pneumonia) coming in a few minutes before their lunch break and, while they had received the orders, they would not help him until after lunch. So he came home and I returned a short time later to pick up his prescriptions.

I was in the pharmacy at the Franklin. NC store at around 10 this morning. The techs were VERY helpful. The pharmacy was NOT busy. The pharmacist took FOREVER to check the prescription I do hundreds of dollars in business each month. It wS NOT because he was busy. If I am treated this rudely again I will move my business elsewhere. The techs were very much on their jobs. The pharmacist was your problem
