10/09 - Perfect score. Absolutely professional shop. Courteous and well maintained. Excellent benefits of working with John. Highest recommendation. Fast service and no surprises. Customer for life. Great people in shop as well tires were installed in about 1.5 hours which is very reasonable for middle of a busy day would definitely go back again.

11/07 - The folks at Welch Automotive were polite and willing to do a slightly different service for me than they normally encounter. I had a different set of rims that my tires were going on to and they didn't charge any extra for mounting on this new set. The rims were already broken down so there was no reason to charge extra for this but some shops in the area charge extra for this perceived inconvenience. The shop is in the midst of moving to a new facility and because of this they did not have their full complement of valve stems on hand. Because of this I was not able to get four short stems mounted. The day I went for installation someone had called in sick leaving the shop understaffed so no one was able to go to the new location for the stems I wanted. Other than this small glitch everything went well with this company and I would recommend them to others in the area.
