This facility is one story, brick front building with minimal parking. The facility has minimal outdoor accomodations such as picnic tables, a porch/patio and shade trees for residents. There is no walking path or gazebo for residents and visitors to enjoy. The facility appears to be minimally managed and maintained at levels only sufficient to meet local and state codes for adult care. They are authorized for 32 beds and appear to be operating at or near capacity. I have no opinion on the staff or services of this facility at this time, but I will update my rating if such information becomes available.
