Typical chain vision service--except they only staff a doctor a couple/few days a week-so lets say your trial contacts are scratching your eye-and you work 9-5 -->the doctor's part time schedule probably means you won't get in for 2 weeks to get the issue corrected. Otherwise the staff is fairly friendly and helpful.
