This place is horrible! I purchased a sofa from this place a year ago for $1700. I had attempted for 6 months to get in contact with Amen (owner) to discuss repairs on the sofa. When you call, the phone just rings. I called at least 50 times and left messages that were never returned. I had to drive from Washington, DC to Fredericksburg three times just to be lied to about him coming to pick the sofa up. Finally, he tells me that I need to bring the sofa to him because his guys won't do it. I don't see how that would be my problem, but okay. I refuse to continue to deal with this place. I had my sofa repaired in a week's time elsewhere.
Please avoid Sofa Outlet.. Spend your money at a place that will actually care about you after they take the money.

Terrible company. Do not buy from this store. After they take your money they will ignore you exist after that. We have been waiting for 2 months for our sofa and all we get from the store is lies. They will not call us back or give us any information on when we will actually receive our sofa. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY PROMISE THE MOON AND DELIVER NOTHING!!! THEIR WARRANTY IS 10 YEARS, BUT THEY DON'T SUPPORT IT OR STAND BEHIND IT!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!
