1st I would like to say this review is not a reflection of Jim’s service. He did an outstanding job of explaining what the issue was with my door (a broken spring). The issue that I have is the price of the repair $699.00 parts and labor + the $85.00 service call fee for a total of $784.00. I found a company (If I’m asked I’ll provide the company’s contact information) That repaired the spring for $211.00 (which truly included the service call). The repairman did exactly what Jim described needed to be done to repair the door. I called Precision to discuss the disparity in the two charges and I was told “that’s what we charge for that service”.. Really a $573.00 difference? I was looking around for TV cameras because thought I was going to be of the next episode of punked.. Again Jim was great!!!
