Do your home work and learn everything from A to Z about caring for a spa, upkeep,

proper electrical breakers and the chemicals BEFORE you buy form this store.

We struggled getting help and answers from them. We feel they offered us poor customer service and customer contact.



To this day our sales person has never even called to see if our tub was delivered or how delivery went. 3 weeks after getting the tub we still could not get in because we were not properly schooled on how to start it and maintain the chemicals. We struggled to get them right.



We called several times and left several messages not only at this store but at the Chantilly store where the owner is. Not only did we not get a return call ever but after continuing to call we finally got lucky and got the owner. He told us to try one of the chemicals we had and he would call back tomorrow to see if that helped. Well it didn’t and he never called back either. We left voicemail messages for the owner who claims he never got them.



Our tub was delivered in August with broken clips that hold down the filter cover. So finally after getting the chemicals right from an outside pool company, every time we got in the cover would raise up out of the water. Today October 19th we finally got our clips delivered and fixed.



We did not buy a cheap low grade tub. We purchased the J335.Our complaint is not with Jacuzzi or the tub but with Premium Spas & Ballard’s Customer Service.



Our sales person also neglected to tell us that we needed a 60amp breaker to run the heater and the jets at the same time. We were not told this until the day the tub was delivered and were told this by the delivery man. The electrician was due out that day to run the wiring for the tub and was sent on a wild goose chase to find a 60amp breaker because the local stores do not have them on hand such as Lowes or Home Depot. When I contacted the sales person he told me he was busy with customers in the store and I would have to call his service person to see if it was so. I told him your deliver person

just old us it was so. After calling the stores service person we were told that yes we needed a 60 amp breaker if we wanted to run the heater and the jets at the same time.
