The customer service was okay but the rooms were a mess. We stayed at this motel because it was affordable and near downtown Fredericksburg. We were planning on staying for a few days, we asked for a non-smoking room. They gave us a non-smoking room but right next to a room with a smoker who would smoke alot and the smell of the smoke went into our room. We tried to bear the smell but then the ceiling leaked all over the bed. The manager responded quickly after our complaint and offered us another room. The second room was again close to a smokers room and this time instead of a leak on the bed there were bed bugs. When we brought it to the managers attention he acted surprised but we could tell by the look on his face he was aware of the problem. When asked what was he going to do about the problem he just offered us another room. This time before moving our things into the third room we checked the room out but this room also had bed bugs. That was the end of our stay We will never stay at the Relax Inn ever again!
