I had a unit there for nearly four years and it was by far the best storage unit in the area! Safe! Clean! Friendly! Well-lit! Affordable!! If you need storage in Fredericksburg, this is definitely the place to go! :)

The management of this facility is TERRIBLE. I decided to use this facility to store my belongings because I was promised the use of the truck either on move in or move out. When we went to move out, the manager - Roy Raymond - said that they had changed their policy and that we could not use the truck. There was no notification of a change in policy and Mr. Raymond did not even have the decency to take any of my phone calls or return any of my messages. There was no compensation or anything. Manager Roy Raymond was very rude and disrespectful.DO NOT USE RT 3 SIMPLY STORAGE. Manage Roy Raymond is a real piece of work.
