      The owner Steve is a thief. He tells his technicians to sell lots of parts that aren't needed and puts in used parts as well! His own employee told us that. We have 2 restaurants in NYC and i would STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Value service is the bottom of the barrel and Steve Bach, the owner is thief. STAY AWAY!!!
