      Wow! How do I begin with describing this car dealership! First, I want to say Thank you and job WELL DONE TO Matthew of Lithia Ford! You exemplify this wonderful, attentive, customer oriented dealership with the HIGHEST STANDARDS! From the beginning searching their website www FresnoFord com and later phone call of me looking for a car for a 2016 Ford Mustang for my 16 year daughter, you were really attentive and didn't form a judgment on this type of car for a 16 year old! You helped me find the perfect Mustang for my daughter, you helped along every step of the process and even delivered the car to my work!! Exceptional Service from beginning to end:) 5 stars to you and Lithia Ford! And trust 5 stars isn't enough when rating Matthew and Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno! Because of you I will always shop at Lithia Ford for my other children's car needs as well as mine! Matthew you created a huge fan of Lithia Ford simply by excelling at your job. I just Fresno to know that when they need a car and expect exceptional, please go see Matthew at Lithia Ford, I promise he will deliver, as he did for my daughter and me!! Great Job!

      My wife, daughter and I are from LA on business travel and my car was totaled while we were down in Hollywood last week. I had a 2012 Ford Focus that protected us very well from the SUV that struck us. Since I loved my Focus I decided to get another and found a great pre owned 2014 Focus. I did a lot of research and went to other dealers but in the end I chose Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno. I contacted Lithia late last night and Matt Powell called me and emailed me this morning and he was friendly as can be..no pressure. He was outside waiting on us to arrive. I went and test drove the Focus and decided to buy it. Matt was great with trying to find us a deal, as we weren't really ready to purchase another car. Finance manager and Matt were great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you Matt!!! Keep doing what you do best!!

      I didn't think I could afford Lincoln MKZ Hybrid so I stopped at small dealerships, checking out the used cars. After spending hours at each dealership getting my time wasted with typical car salesman tactics, I was ready to give up. I gathered up my last bit of patience and did as a friend recommended: I went to Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno and asked for Al Gomez. Within a couple hours I was driving off the lot in my brand new Lincoln ! For just a few dollars a month more than a mid level used car that didn't do much, I had a true luxury american sedan that was loaded with options (navigation, Bluetooth, premium THX sound system, leather power seats, the car remembers the seat and mirror positions for each driver, Hybrid, heated and cooled seats etc). It came with a much better warranty than either of the other cars. I know for a fact now, that I did absolutist right decision to come to a Lithia Ford Lincoln store.       I love this dealership !! Has an amazing staff, super great cars selection new and used. Always Friendly. Lithia is well knows company since 1946 !!! Very professional and knowledgeable people work there. I highly recommend this business to anyone who want to buy a new or used car. no regrets at all, all my family shop here for already 7 years. Do did leases, trade ins, new and used.
