UPS delivery driver came flying in to the front of our house, ran over posts we have there drove into our front yard with rapper music blasting, got out of his truck made it to the front porch which is at least 4 feet away from the door and literally threw the package at the door, it slid into the door and now the box Is crushed, didn't knock nothing, by the time I got the door open he was already back in his truck and floorboarded it out of our yard. UPS SUCKS

FYI..On May 19, 2015, at approxitmately 3:27pm, employee Michael Ferguson, of the Fresno CA based Distribution Hub, located at 1601 W. McKinley, did in fact leave work earlier than expected, due to him being ordered by the Clovis PD,(Ofcr. T.Poscoe), to PROMPTLY return a package stolen/intercepted by Michael F. dIrectly from a Fed Ex driver. The package contained a cell phone, which was the documented replacement of a phone that was also stolen from same address one week prior, Hmmm!!! It really stinks knowing that ship/recvg' employees cant be trusted to do JUST their job, USING THEIR RESOURCES.A CASE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED AND HOPEFULLY They will CAN him.

My sister ordered a textbook for me.and accidentally put the wrong apt. #. Once I found I called UPS so I could pick up the package instead because I really needed the book like yesterday. Plus it was our fault for the wrong apartment # so I didn't mind picking it up. They called me to verify that I would pick up the package. I wasn't able to pick up the package the same day do to work so I told the lady I would pick it up the next day. When I went to go pick it up, I was told the package was delivered. I was like okay. I called to pick it up to avoid further confusion. It turns out the driver figured out an apartment number and delivered the book. I never got the book. My dad and I even went to look for the apartment in hopes of finding the book. UPS told me they would call me back, they didn't. I had to call chegg the textbook site to file a report. They credited my sister's account back, but it was so much hassle. I ended up ordering the etextbook which was more expensive.

driver did not to to door - I was home - ups driver left notice on gate - I call that lazy. Tried to get the 800 line to call the driver and tell him I was home. I know the drivers drive around the area all day long and lots of time they are bored. poor, poor, poor customer service

The absolute worst customer service ever. driver lied about me not being home because they didnt want to deliver my package after hours. Got hung up on by "Anna" when I called the customer service number. Was told 3 different times my package would be at specific times to find out it wasnt even on the truck! Was told by a supervisor it would personally be delivered by 7pm. It is 730 as I leave this review and I still dont have my package! Zero stars!!
