Pilates Powerhouse offers an innovative approach to fitness through smaller classes and experienced trainers who provide workouts that are effective and keep the body in proper form. Our goal is to strengthen the body from the inside out by creating a strong core and powerhouse in order to make every exercise as efficient as possible. We believe in smaller classes, proper form, and pushing the body without injuring it.
