The maid service and carpet cleaning are well done. However, this is a typical, local-yokel company that is run is a very unprofessional manner. Phone calls and emails about problems or concerns are ignored. For example, I was quoted one price over the phone but a charged a higher one when the invoice arrived. No responses to my inquiry yet and it's been more than 10 days. This may be the "best" that Gainesville has to offer, but I simply cannot be a repeat customer.



By the way, the first reviewer, "deidreandreggie" on 9/14/07, is flattering but the names of the persons who run the Gainesville Carpet Systems Plus happen to be Deidre and Reggie.

I contacted this company recently after a flood (toilet) at my home; very unprofessional and goal was to rip both me and my insurance company off. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Person was 1 1/2 hours late for appointment. Could not wait for this guy to get out of my house!! Very dishonest.
