Although they offer comprehensive audio/video needs for your home, they are very dishonest and always looking to sell you on upgrades you don't need. When I bought several products from them, they withheld the corresponding software that came with the products so that I would have to hire them (@ $60-90/hr) to program or re-program my products. I was entitled to the software but they never have it to me until I did my own research and realized I could program my own equipment without hiring Audio Buys to do it for me. They and their sales team are very untrustworthy and I would strongly encourage you to take your audio/video business elsewhere.
