I have left three phone messages for a manager regarding a problem I had with my garage door and have not received even the common courtesy of a return phone call. My next stop is my local Costco for advice. Look out for salemen trying to sell the 3000 series garage door with double steel for the commission unless that is what you want, but be aware it does not come in all styles which I found out the hard way after ordering, now can't get a simple returned phone call.

I purchased the doors thru Costco but doors pro provides the actual service and goods. They are great. Hanna the salesman is great and he doesn't try to up sell. Explains everything in detail, ie warranty, disposal etc. then the service tech comes and does his thing in two hours. Explains everything to you as well. Very satisfied. Great Company that contracts out with Costco. I have toe standard doors and all in it cost $1700. That includes all hardware doors hinges springs rails plus disposal. Great service and price. All in one week after purchase which they dont charge until after install.
