Im sorry to say that I too once used Shaw and they were very good, then I found them to be much like the rest poor service, I got a quote on a systems replacement and they were much more than the other Co so I went with a lower price, they didn't inquire nor offer to price match, I had a annual service contact for years which they would not honor on the new system, they wouldn't even return my calls, When I requested a quote online to replace both of my units I received no response, they don't even answer the phone ??? Sad

Shaw Services just replaced our 21 year old HVAC. They have been providing maintenance for many years for our HVAC system and the fact that our unit last 21 years is a testament to their knowledge and expertise in the HVAC field. It was still working but we decided to replace it before it stopped completely. The entire staff of Shaw Services are professionals who are friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic installation of the new system and removal of the old one. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate their sincere and genuine care. I highly recommend Shaw Services for your HVAC needs.

Shaw Services has provided us with superb technical competence and unusual customer service. About a year after moving into our new house, a Shaw technician reconfigured the dampers in our two systems. As a result we have saved considerable money in heating and cooling the house. And the temperature is more comfortable to boot! The technician provided this service while on a routine maintence call; and Shaw did not charge for the time it took him to do the extra work. More recently, on another routine maintenance call, I forgot to ask the technician to seasonally adjust the dampers. A day after my follow-up call, the technician returned to make the adjustments at no additional cost.



All Shaw staff I have worked with have been very polite and friendly. They also have provided me with a good deal of education regarding how HVAC systems work and how to maximize comfort while minimizing cost.

We've used Shaw Services for several years for both our home and office HVAC needs and are very pleased with our relationship. Scheduling is easy and prompt, and the services techs always show up right on time for the appointments (a rare thing in our area!). When they are responding to a specific problem, they are very good with providing us with detailed cost estimates and explaining all options that we have to deal with the problem. They do great work - we have never had to call twice for the same problem. I highly recommend Shaw Services!

This company is the greatest. They have come as soon as possible and one time when we didn't have air conditioning (and it was hot) he came at 9:00 at night. I would only call them if I had a problem!

Went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and didn't leave until the unit was working perfectly. I highly recommend this company!
