horribly rude people. dont reccommend

I called in to have work done at a previously foreclosed property that had sold. The secretary was very rude and told me they were busy and to call someone else, and hung up on me! I then called the manager hoping to get service and he laughed and said "well we are busy", then told me they dont work for banks, realtors, insurance companies, etc. ?? Hmm I am not any of those things, i just bought a foreclosed house from the bank i work for! I kept trying to tell him that and he starting mocking me , he repeated 3times "are you a relator"? Very rude and very unprofessional and they lost a cash paying customer. I have many many customers who just bought there home and will be sure they DO NOT call this company.
