Arrived quickly to do a simple rekey job on 2 doors. Did 1 door. We called and politely requested they come back and finish the second. Thru called us ball and told us they would Jane top charge us another travel fee and show up charge. Ha no you won't! Pathetic customer service. Could of simply finished the job we requested in the first place.

Called to simply rely 2 doors. They came to our work and did 1 door instead. Since they failed to do their job they were going to charge us extra for coming back to fix it. WOW....some people just don't like repeat business. pathetic
