We took our love, our dog here....from the moment we walked in we felt as if not only the receptionist, the vet and the nurse could use a lesson in bedside manner

The folks at this so called clinic are one notch below a Walmart Greeter. The so called Vets roll Thu here like a revolving door "fresh out of school" totally lack any experience to conduct surgery etc.



This Clinic burned my friends dog so bad it disfigured the poor Boston Terrier for life. The story is in the OC Register: Search "Dog returns home with ghastly burns" http://ocpets.ocregister….



What ever you do with your beloved pet -Don't go to this place! It is for profit only and the Owner could care less about your pet, don't buy into there bait and switch ads either.

Save yourself the heart ache -Go to a repeatable Veterinarian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was concerened about the review reguarding the burns... that was the old vet that is no longer here. i saw the new vet and she is sooooo nice and knows her stuff!!! do what i did and check out this vet hospital, you will be glad you did. ps, i had all her vax's done and they did not charge me for a office visit...yea (:

I brought my dog Angel to Vet Care Pet Clinic in Garden Grove. The staff there was wonderful. I had my granddaughter with me and we were extremely worried about our dog. Angel had a mass on the side of her stomach and it had opening up and looked infected. When I called for appt I was able to get in immediately. When I arrived at the vet hospital the front desk had a staff member bring Angel into the hospital for me. They had already set up the room very nice with several soft blankets on top of the counter for her to lay on. The doctor came in and gave her a full examination. They took blood and ran the tests that I felt were necessary. They spent the extra time and explain everything to me and my granddaughter and what we felt was best for our dog Angel. We had to put Angel to sleep but the experience was extremely heart felt and kind. Several days later I received a card with Angel’s paw print on it and all the staff members signed it… how sweet. If and when I get another dog I will be returning to Vet Care Pet Clinic for service.

The Dr. at this clinic is very knowledgeable and caring. She literally save our dog's life (whom we were going to put down) when she worked with us to help us understand our options regarding treatment to get his knees repaired. The surgery went well and my little boy came home happy and within a few weeks was his old self.

I had my cat spayed there. The flier said 50.00 for spay they take the cat then charge 170.00 hidden fees deceptive ads. my cats stichtes opened they take her in the back and put staples no pain meds nothing, she has a scare on her tummy, will never co there again, just horrible.

Negative 5 Stars -----Very disappointed and deeply upset: My wife and I took our 1 year old dog to Vet Care Pet Clinic for surgery to correct his right rear patella. When we picked him up he had severe burns on his left side and belly due to laying on heating pad overnight. Our beloved dog was not properly monitored and as a result of their negligence he is now scared over 1/3 of his body for the rest of his life. The vet is treating the burns at no cost but never offered to return the money we paid that put him in this current state. Very sad and truly upset with the entire experience.

My brother left his dog, a beautiful, loving Boston Terrier named Scout, to have his knee operated on. The vet kept him overnight after the surgery and he was returned home with second and third degree burns after keeping him heavily sedated on a faulty heated bed. When he came home he was in so much pain and had so much edema that he couldn't lie down. When he returned to the vet, the doctor said that they had known about the faulty heater in the beds but had not repaired them yet. Bad aftercare surgery makes this a no stars situation. The surgery was fine but would have made it easier on the dog had he not been burned so severely. I would not leave a dog overnight at this hospital.

very nice bunch. first time dog owner and our first visit was great. close by and affordable.
