PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask Kesslers for a GIA appraisal of the diamond you wish to purchase. When they refuse, ask yourself why? ANY reputable jeweler provides an independent diamond grading report with your purchase. Kesslers won't. They only give you an appraisal from them. There's a reason. If you've already purchased a diamond from Kesslers, have an independent appraisal done yourself. And I'm sorry for what you'll find out.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service and felt the prices were very fair for the quality. I won't shop anywhere else for jewelry and neither will my husband.
