Poor customer satisfaction.

I purchased a used Webley Venom Viper on 12/19/14 , listed on their website as " like New " . If you read their website, like New to them is 98% looks New fully functional everything but the factory box and paperwork. They tout that the fully check and make sure everything works and even send you a test target and chrome strip.Anyway my Webley Venom Viper went through the test on 12/22/14 and it worked. Now the boxed it and I received it on 01/06/15, a Tuesday so I open it and just want to give it a quick check. Well the rifle has no air onboard, figuring that they shipped it empty so I filled it off my tank and popped off 2 shots. I go back to the rifle Saturday and it is empty, so I fill it again and start listening for a leak, I hear just the slightest hiss at the fill port.I call call, email whatever I could do and finally (took a bit to get some help) spoke to Steve in the repair department,I do as requested and pull the fill valve out and send pictures, Long story short they have no parts Steve offers to try and either rework the delrin valve or machine a new one that "might" work. I researched the part and sent an email to Steve telling him where the part can be found. I get the response that "I" should order the part from England because they can't order it. So for $575.00 I get a faulty rifle I get to spend another 12 pound sterling plus shipping to get a fully functional rifle with no offer of help to offset the cost and basically "Thanks for your money good luck" not even a " hey I know sucks, how about some ammo or something to offset the hassle of not being able to enjoy your rifle" nothing..Mazda..zippy do-da..so..for 12 pounds AkA will not get another dime from me. Good job

You guys at Arizona air guns need to learn some customer service!

I have not dealt with you but from the reviews, YOU have a problem with taking responsibility for your actions, you deflect instead of handle issues that arise. I see a 3% hit ratio of success for your team. If I did not hit T.D.C. the target 99% of the time I would consider myself a liability to my team. Your team will fail without honest people taking responsibility, and correcting any and all issues quickly. I always read the jacket prior to dealing with someone new. I'll check back in 30 days.

Excellent Airgun Dealer

I've been to Airguns of Arizona several times and have always had great experiences. They have an excellent stock of the best pellets. They'll also take the time to listen and provide very thorough information and advice. Yesterday I purchased a FX 400 and accessories from them and I plan to do all my airgun related shopping there in the future. Other places may be a little less expensive but you won't get the quality of service you get at Airguns of Arizona.

AOA is bad place to shop for air gun

This place is horrible place to shop. I called them and left the message 10 times. The service never return the call. When I dropped by at the place; the sellers were so stuck up. No friendly greeting especial the tall man. I was stand there and waiting for an hour. No one come to ask for help. I don't know how people like to shop at this place. I was so stupid to purchase the gun from them.

Air Guns of Arizona customer service does suck

I've had both good and bad experiences with purchasing from online businesses. I'm sad to say the Air guns of Arizona has some problems. Ordered an air gun June 15th, credit card was charged on June 17th. Sent three emails trying to get ananswer in regard to shipping. One response was that they didn't know what product I ordered. Really......with an order number that they created they still can't figure it out. Their tracking linkto UPS doesn't work either. Today is the 21st. Still no answer and no air gun.I should have purchased at Amazon.com.

aoa service sucks!!!!!

would give zero if i could. I ordered a gun from them on wed. they told me over the phone it would ship thursday so I waited for the email that never came. then I checked my account to see that they had already taken my money but still no email from them so I sent them 3 emails which were never answered. then on tuesday of the next week I finally managed to get them on the phone only to be told that it was my fault and I misunderstood what was said on the phone and the guy who took my order got my email wrong (they don't know how to use a reply button I guess). they told me the order would take until thursday of the week after I placed the order to arrive. this is odd because on the same day that I placed this order I also placed an order from pyramyd air and they shipped my order for free and I had it 2 days later. I agree with the last review that airguns of arizona service sucks. I would advise everyone to avoid them if at all possible.

Horrible Service via the Internet

Horrible service via the net, if you can get them on the phone it's just bad service. I ordered parts via their weird online order form and paid for them of course. Never got a confirmation, receipt or anything. After a week or so I emailed them to ask what was up, and emailed them again several day later, never got a response to 3 emails. I called on the phone and they never called back. Called again and got someone who told me that it was out of stock and would come in a couple weeks. A couple weeks later and still no parts and no word so I called again. The parts had come in but were defective and would take 2 more weeks or so. The next day they shipped the parts, maybe defective ones? Very bizarre. There are parts that only they make so I would order again if I had to but would be aware of how they operate.

Horrible business

Purchased toy pellet gun on 12-17. Called 12-20 after I fired gun to report it was defective. They first stated they would only refund 60% then stated they would not refund and I had to call manufact. have it repaired. If purchased from sports mans warehouse this would have been returned. Would not buy here again and as a physician I am surprised that this local business does not take responsibility for selling defective equipment.

Best Airguns Store in the USA

I am new to airguns and needed a good education about the different types of airguns that are available in today’s market, I now that they are much more advanced than they were when I was a kid. Before I called Airguns of Arizona I had called another big online store just to be disappointed by the lack of knowledge that they had on the airguns they were selling. When I called Airguns of Arizona the gentleman took a good 30 minutes of his time explaining to me the difference between springs guns and pre-charged pneumatic guns which I had no idea about. Long story short I ended up with a FX Royal package. The sales associate told me that he would mount the scope to the gun and test it before shipping, and the gun would leave in the next day or two. I received my gun in exactly 4 days from when my order was placed using UPS ground shipping, which I thought was a great turnaround time considering the time and effort it took to scope and sight in the airgun. I was like a young boy at Chris

Dont Use Airguns of Arizona

If you think it will get to you faster and cheaper DONT do it! I live 4hours away and it took 6 days for my order to come!Pluse.Emailed them with questions, 9 days later no answerThey told me a timeline for shipping- shipped lateI called to ask why- told me I was wrong and they are right.Item arrived late and was missing parts of my order - was told I was a liar and they could do nothing for me. Because they were closing and then hungUp on me. Airguns of Arizona must not go by the hours they have posted on line because this call was at 4:30 pm The person I talked to said he was the manager ( Kip). So with all that I will never go back. I now use Pyramid air much faster and nicer.

Amazing store and excellent sales support!!!

I thought I knew all about airguns. I've been to Cabelas, Bass Pro, Sportsman Warehouse, Big 5 and other sporting goods stores and thought I'd seen everything airgun available. Come to find out, all I've seen is the toys! Airguns of Arizona has 100x more airguns than the others combined. Their store has brands from all over the world and their service is second to none.I ended up buying a German made spring gun that is far better than my cheap Crosman rifles, and I was given the best service I could ask for. My rifle was scoped by a young man who not only knew everything about every model, but let me test several guns before I made my decision. I've never had this opportunity at any "gun store" and I was satisfied with my purchase before I even left. The scope was zeroed at 15 yards, which is convenient because that is exactly what I have in my back yard. They found an accurate pellet by testing my rifle, an I bought a few tins with confidence. Thanks AOA!

Shoddy workmanship on scope mounting

I bought the Ruger Airhawk at Big 5. I asked AirGuns of AZ if they could mount the scope, they said yes, for $20 plus any needed parts like mounts etc. Lunchtime; I drove to Gilbert from work, 1/2 hour one way. The boss at Airguns of Arizona turned me over to the kid who then put my gun in a vise. The mounts were affixed to the gun. No locktite was used. The scope was then put into the mounts. The kid never asked me to try it for proper eye relief. The kid shouldered the gun Left Handed, then Right Handed (checking alignment)? Now the scope is torqued down in the mounts, again, no locktite. The kid then was then shooting OFFHAND using various types of pellets and various distances as the scope was "zeroed" if you can call it that. The kid called me over to look at the target which was 5 yds away; he was pretty proud of the 1/4" group. I was running late in my lunch hour so I paid the $20 stupidity tax and left. When I get home I shouldered the gun, eye relief was way off, to
